Christine Alburger – Transaction Coordinator

Christine offers outstanding customer service resulting in a smooth settlement by anticipating deadlines and communicating with our clients, listing and buying agents and all others involved in your real estate transaction. Strongly focused on compliance, she handles writing offers, escrow deposits/withdrawals, ordering title and/or conveyancing and verifying that township Use and Occupancy requirements are met. Christine stays in close contact with the lender for mortgage commitment dates and title companies for county and school tax certificates, mortgage payoffs and sewer certificates in order to settle as scheduled.
